She has led professional services, transformations and enterprise SaaS programs across North America, Europe, and Asia—advancing High Reliability Organization (HRO) models, integrating multi-site EHRs, launching learning ecosystems, and deploying AI-enabled Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs platforms to translate organizational readiness into realized benefits.
